100% Chardonnay from our "Grand Cru" vineyard – Míšky.
This south-facing site with limestone soils lends the wine elegance and minerality. It fermented in a large 1,000 L oak barrel and then aged in smaller oak barrels. Only one barrel, Mercier – Affinity, was from a second fill; the others were neutral.
